These terms focus on the user's agreement to the nature of the assessment and limit your professional liability.

A. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your information to the Harmonic Energetic Diagnostic Quiz, you agree to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this assessment.

B. Scope of Service & Non-Medical Disclaimer

The Harmonic Energetic Diagnostic Quiz is a self-assessment tool based on the principles of numerology and sound frequency.

• The quiz provides an Energetic Health Profile and information for educational and self-improvement purposes only.

• Tealonics is a wellness coaching service and is not a licensed medical or psychological practice. We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, illness, or medical condition.

• The results of this quiz are not a medical diagnosis, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider for any questions regarding a medical condition or treatment.

C. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (including your full birth date) as prompted by the assessment form. You understand that the accuracy of the Energetic Health Profile is dependent on the information you provide.

D. Intellectual Property

The name The Harmonic Energetic Diagnostic Quiz, the results analysis, and the accompanying Healing Harmonic Starter Audio are the exclusive intellectual property of Tealonics. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or redistribution of this content without express written consent is prohibited.

2. Privacy Policy for Data Collection & Emailing

This policy ensures compliance with privacy expectations when collecting and using personal data for your email marketing funnel.

A. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information through the Harmonic Energetic Diagnostic Quiz:

1. Personal Identifying Information (PII): Your name and email address, provided when you opt-in to receive the results.

2. Assessment Data: Your date of birth, which is used solely to calculate your Life Path Number and generate your Energetic Health Profile.

B. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• To calculate your Life Path Number and deliver the personalized Energetic Health Profile and the accompanying free audio.

• To deliver the automated email sequence (including the 3-Email Nurture Sequence) providing further educational content about the Tealonics Harmonics Blueprint and related services.

• To segment our email list based on your Life Path Number, ensuring you receive content most relevant to your energetic blocks.

• To book your Harmonic Blueprint Discovery Call if you choose to take that next step.

C. Data Security and Storage

We use the AttractWell platform to securely store your data. We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

D. Your Control Over Your Information

• Opt-Out: By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails from Tealonics. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

• Data Removal: If you wish to have your personal data removed from our systems, please contact us directly at [Your Business Email Address].

E. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be posted immediately on this page.

TEALONICS: ACKNOWLEDGMENT, RELEASE, AND PRIVACY CONSENT

This legally binding document (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Tealonics ("The Coach," "We," or "Us") and the client ("The Client" or "I").

I. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & SCOPE OF SERVICE

THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

1. Non-Medical Nature of Service: The Client acknowledges that Tealonics is a wellness and spiritual coaching service focused on spiritual, energetic, and emotional well-being using principles of numerology and sound frequency. The Coach is not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, nutritionist, psychologist, or financial advisor in Georgia or any other jurisdiction.

2. No Diagnosis or Treatment: The services provided—including the Harmonic Energetic Diagnostic Quiz, Harmonic Flow Sessions, and the Tealonics Harmonics Blueprint—are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional condition or disease.

3. Physician Consultation: The Client understands that they must consult with a licensed physician or appropriate medical professional before starting or modifying any wellness regimen, especially if they have a history of heart disease, mental health concerns, or any chronic illness. The Client will not stop or modify any prescribed medical treatment or medication without first consulting their medical provider.

4. Client Responsibility: The Client affirms that their participation is voluntary and that they are solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the program.

II. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY (GEORGIA-SPECIFIC)

5. Assumption of Inherent Risks: The Client acknowledges that engaging in self-development, energy work, sound therapy, and lifestyle coaching may involve certain emotional, psychological, or physical risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, emotional discomfort, unexpected trauma recall, physical discomfort from meditation posture, or the need to make difficult lifestyle changes.

6. EXPRESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate in Tealonics services, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, do hereby release, relieve, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Tealonics (including its owners, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors) from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising from my participation in the services.

7. WAIVER OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE: I hereby assume all risks and responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, or loss, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of Tealonics. I understand that the courts of the State of Georgia generally uphold well-drafted liability waivers against claims of ordinary negligence, but they will not shield claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Indemnification (Hold Harmless): The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Coach from and against any and all losses, costs, claims, demands, or liabilities, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to the Client's breach of this Agreement or the Client's actions or inactions during or after the coaching relationship.

III. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY (GLOBAL COMPLIANCE)

This section incorporates global standards for transparency and client rights, exceeding minimum US requirements.

9. Data Collection & Purpose (GDPR Principle of Transparency):

• Data Collected: Name, Email Address, Date of Birth (used solely for numerology calculation).

• Purpose: The data is collected to (a) calculate your unique Harmonic Code and deliver the diagnostic results, and (b) provide you with future educational and promotional content related to Tealonics services via email.

10. Client Rights (GDPR Rights): The Client has the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data held about them.

• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.

• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request deletion of their data, subject to necessary legal retention requirements.

• Objection: Object to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes (unsubscribing).

11. Confidentiality (HIPAA Best Practice): All information shared by the Client during private coaching sessions, including health information, is confidential and will be stored securely using industry best practices (e.g., encryption and restricted access). While Tealonics is not a HIPAA-covered entity, we adhere to HIPAA's confidentiality and security standards as a best practice for all client data.

12. Third-Party Platforms: The Client acknowledges that services are delivered via third-party secure platforms (e.g., AttractWell, Zoom, email service providers), and agrees to their use for communication and data storage.

IV. GOVERNING LAW AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

13. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Severability and Conspicuousness: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. I acknowledge that the release of liability and assumption of risk clauses (Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8) are conspicuous, clear, and unambiguous, and I have been given the opportunity to seek independent legal counsel before signing.

BY ENGATING WITH TEALONICS, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS, INCLUDING THE WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO SUE FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE.
