Health as a Mindset & Practice is our 12-week, 1:1 health coaching program designed to help you feel better and build a lifestyle you can maintain.
Together, we’ll clarify your personal definition of health, create a clear weekly plan for the areas you're most interested like meals, movement, sleep, and stress. Together, you will make steady progress with compassionate accountability. You’ll get weekly coaching sessions where you will develop a personalized habit plan, identify and leverage your network and resources, check-ins between sessions, and regular adjustments so your plan fits your real life.
This program is for people who want sustainable change—not strict rules. We focus on small, consistent actions that compound into lasting results, so you leave with routines you can confidently keep up on your own.
